A seasonal mainstay of the airwaves since 2013, the Hockey North Show is planning its return for the upcoming season via Eagle Radio 95.1.

The plan is for the Hockey North Show to be on air a week in advance of when, for example, the Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League begins play for the 2020-2021 campaign.

The NOJHL, along with minor hockey in the Twin Sault and northeastern Ontario areas, will be focal points of the Hockey North Show.

The move from its previous broadcast media outlet to Eagle 95.1 will allow for the Hockey North Show to also be heard on line via EagleRadio951.com.

As an added bonus, all editions of the Hockey North Show will be recorded and available for replay via the Eagle 95.1 Facebook page and www.eagleradio951.com.

As per previous seasons, the Hockey North Show will air live on Tuesdays from 5-6 p.m. over the course of the hockey season.

Hockey News North editor Randy Russon will again be the host of the Hockey North Show with fellow sportswriter Brad Coccimiglio on board as co-host.

The Hockey North Show will be broadcast from Reggie’s Place Tavern in the Sault’s downtown.
