Hockey North Show tonight
The play of newly-acquired goalie Bailey Brkin, which is coincident with a three-game winning streak by the Soo Greyhounds, will be a featured segment when the latest edition of the Hockey North Show with Randy Russon airs tonight from 5-6 p.m. on Sault Ste. Marie radio station ESPN 1400.
The Hockey North Show is broadcast live from Broer’s Jansen Wine Barrel, which is located at 674 Queen St. E., beside the Sault Ste. Marie Museum.
Besides chatting up Brkin, the Greyhounds and the Ontario Hockey League tonight, there will be guest appearances from defenseman Brice French and general manager Bruno Bragagnolo of the Soo Eagles of the Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League.
Also on the show tonight and anxious to get in his share of yakking will be local sportswriter Brad Coccimiglio.
Little Caesars of Sault, Ontario is the major sponsor of the Hockey North Show.
