Nine wins for Soo Indians
A record of 9-6-0 has the major midget Soo Indians of the Michigan Amateur Hockey Association an impressive three games above the .500 mark through 15 outings.
The Indians are fresh from winning two of four games this past weekend at the highly-competitive Motor City Showcase in Detroit.
Now it is home for a pair of games this weekend as coach Pat Carricato and the Indians play host to Lake Forest Prep Academy on Saturday at 3 p.m. and Sunday at 10 a.m. at Taffy Abel Arena.
Chase Tallaire leads the Indians in scoring thus far with seven goals, seven assists, 14 points.
Next up is Kevin Bostwick with 4-6-10 totals and Grant Wickham at 3-7-10, Logan Millhausen at 5-3-8, Kobie Guidebeck at 3-5-8 and Cain Grosbeck at 2-6-8.
As for the goalies, Logan Raffaele has a record of 4-2-0 with a 1.83 goals against average while Gabe Rosek has a 5-4-0 mark and a 2.66 GAA.
