PW minor Hounds tie twice

Soo Pee Wee AA Minor Jr. Greyhounds skated to a pair of opening day ties this afternoon at the Peterborough Kawartha Lakes Hockey Tournament.

The Soo squad began play with a 2-2 tie against the Oakville Rangers and had another even game in a 1-1 draw with the Northumberland Nighthawks.

Goalie Nick Marson was the Soo’s most valuable player in Game 1 and forward Sammy (Salami) Caruso earned the same honours for the Pee Wee AA Minor Jr. Greyhounds in Game 2.
