Timmins Majors picture day
They took to the ice of venerable McIntyre Arena one more time to close out the 2018-2019 Great North Midget Hockey League season with team picture day.
Timmins Majors gave it all they had in the first round of the playoffs before losing to the no. 3 seed Sudbury Nickel Capital Wolves two games to one.
The Majors had entered the playoffs as the lowest, no. 6 seed in the Great North before playing some of their best hockey of the season in the series against the Nickel Capital Wolves, who significantly bolstered their lineup with a number of players from the powerhouse Sudbury Minor Wolves.
