Back in Rayside-Balfour
1997 birth year forward Tristan Simm is back with the Rayside-Balfour Canadians for a third season in the Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League, HockeyNewsNorth.com has confirmed.
Simm returns to Rayside-Balfour and the NOJHL following an extended tryout with the Johnstown Tomahawks of the North American Hockey League, Canadians president Adrian Gedye told HockeyNewsNorth.com.
With 23 goals, 23 assists, 46 points in 49 regular-season games and 4 goals, 2 assists, 6 points in 7 playoff outings, Simm was a top performer for Rayside-Balfour in 2016-2017.
Rayside-Balfour is off to a 1-1-0 start to the 2017-2018 NOJHL season.
