Gage Stephney has been reacquired by the Soo Thunderbirds of the Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League from the St. Catharines Falcons of the Greater Ontario Jr. Hockey League in a cash exchange.
The 6-foot-1, 200-pound, 1999 birth year forward had four goals in seven games for St. Catharines in the early going of this 2018-2019 season.
A Sault Ste. Marie product, Stephney had 16 goals in 48 games with the Thunderbirds during the 2016-2017 season.
