Express check-in via St. Louis
Espanola Express of the Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey has signed 6-foot-5, 200-pound forward Logan Fennema from the St. Louis Jr. Blues of the North American 3 Hockey League.
Express general manager Chad Clarke did his homework on the hulking 18-year old.
“I had the opportunity to watch Fennema play in Boston at the Chowder Cup and his relentless hard work impressed our staff,” Clarke relayed. “His ability along the boards and aggressive play in the dirty areas will definitely fit in with our style of play.”
Fennema is anxious to bring his self-described work ethic to Espanola.
“You will not find a harder working player than myself,” he stated. “Never quit, always keep grinding…this is what you will get from me.”
