Soo Eagles, RBC playoff slate

Having upended the no. 5 seed Espanola Express in the first round of the Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League playoffs, no. 4 seed Soo Eagles will take on no. 1 seed Rayside Balfour Canadians in a West Division semi-final series.

This best-of-seven set will begin Thursday, March 12 at Chelmsford Arena in a 7 p.m. start.

Rayside-Balfour will also play host to Game 2, which goes Friday, March 13 and features a 6:30 p.m. face off.

From there, the series shifts to Pullar Stadium in the Michigan Soo for Games 3 and 4 — March 16 and 17 — with both of those matches beginning at 7 p.m.

Should a fifth game be needed, it will be held on Thursday, March 19 back at Chelmsford Arena at 7 p.m.

If a Game 6 is required, the Eagles will be the home side on Saturday, March 21 with another 7 p.m. start.

And if the series goes the distance, the Canadians will play host to the for Game 7 on Sunday, March 22 at 6:30 p.m.
