Silver Sticks in Sarnia
The Silver Sticks International Hockey Tournament is being played in Sarnia this week and the Atom Major Selects of the Soo Pee Wee Hockey League are one of the many teams in a number of divisions from across North America that are taking part.
In photo above, left winger Sammy Caruso of the Soo Atom Major Selects stands outside the dressing room of the Sarnia Sting of the Ontario Hockey League.
Ironically, the Soo Selects boast a similar colour scheme to that of the OHL Sting.
And in another touch of irony, young Caruso tells Hockey News North that Sarnia is one of his three favourite OHL teams, with the London Knights and Sudbury Wolves being the others.
