Soo high school dates
The four teams that make up the high school hockey program in Sault Ste. Marie will begin the playoff round next week.
Top-seeded St. Mary’s Knights will meet fourth-ranked Superior Heights Steelhawks in one best-of-three, semi-final series. The other set will match second-place Korah Colts against third-seeded Central Algoma Huskies.
Game 1 in the St. Mary’s/Superior Heights series is set for next Monday afternoon at 3:30 at John Rhodes Community Centre.
Game 1 in the Korah/Central Algoma set is slated for next Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 at McMeeken Centre.
The St. Mary’s/Superior Heights series will resume with Game 2 next Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 at the Rhodes Centre.
And Game 2 of the Korah/Central Algoma matchup is scheduled for next Thursday, February 14 at 8:00 p.m. at the Rhodes Centre.
If third and deciding games in either series are needed they will be played on Sunday night, February 17, at GFL Memorial Gardens.
The winners of the two series will then face off for the city championship.
