Eagle flies from Soo to Manitoba
Soo Eagles of the Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League have dealt forward Kendall Huckins to the Dauphin Kings of the Manitoba Jr. Hockey League in a cash exchange.
Eagles coach-general manager Bruno Bragagnolo confirmed the transaction to HockeyNewsNorth.com, noting that the team still has an excess of forwards.
Huckins, who has a 1996 birth date, was an assistant captain with the Eagles. In 17 games this season, Huckins had 2 goals, 4 assists, 6 points.
The Eagles currently sit in fourth place in the West Division of the NOJHL with 17 points from a record of 8-14-1.
