Beavers reach .500 watershed
A recent 6-1 romp over the big market — and second place — Soo Thunderbirds has lifted the small town Blind River Beavers to the .500 level.
The Beavers now have a record of 7-7-1 and are seeded seventh among the 11 teams in what is a hotly-contested Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League.
Seven Up. No less than seven members of the Beavers have reached double digits in scoring thus far into the ’26-27 NOJHL season.
