Wisconsin v. Sioux Lookout
We have a Game 7! Wednesday will decide the Superior International Jr. Hockey League opening round playoff series between the visiting Wisconsin Lumberjacks and the Sioux Lookout Bombers.
Playing at home on Sunday, the Lumberjacks forced a seventh and deciding game with a clutch 5-3 victory over Sioux Lookout.
Workhorse goalie Kyler Lowden made 34 saves and Cooper McLure netted the hat trick to spark the Lumberjacks to the must-win triumph for Wisconsin.
The home side has won all six games of the series to date so Wisconsin will be out to try to reverse that trend in Wednesday’s Game 7 in Sioux Lookout.
Wisconsin has been coming on strong the last couple months with their new coaching staff.
