Back to back for Lady Cougars
Sault College Cougars have repeated as national champions of the American Collegiate Hockey Association’s Division 2 women’s program.
In the title tilt of the national championship tournament held today in St. Louis, Missouri, the Lady Cougars skated to a 3-0 win over Assiniboine College.
Farrah Farstad made 22 saves, Emma Lee scored twice and Materia Land added the insurance marker for the Sault College women.
