Soo Eagles can move on to the second round of the North American Hockey League playoffs with a win at home tonight.

Leading the best-of-five, opening round, NAHL North Division series 2-0, the Eagles are home to the Keystone Ice Miners tonight.

Game time is slated for 7:30 p.m. at venerable Pullar Stadium in the Michigan Soo.

The Eagles took the first two games of the series on the road, upending Keystone by 6-1 and 1-0 scores.

Eagles goalie Chad Catt — who reportedly is on the verge of getting a Division 1, National Collegiate Athletic Association commitment — stopped 66 of 67s shots to backstop the Soo to the back-to-back wins at Keystone.
