Jr. Greyhound information session
Sault Minor Hockey, as part of Sault Major Hockey Association, will be holding what it terms a “new parent information session” on Monday, March 7.
The session is slated for 7 p.m. in the Bumbacco Room, which is located on the lower level of the Essar Center.
The upcoming session is open to all parents who are interested in having their child participate in the 2016-2017 Soo Jr. Greyhound program — including those who may not be familiar with it.
According to Sault Minor Hockey chair Denis Paradis, the information session will aim to provide “factual and accurate information” on items such as cost, time commitment, the benefits of playing within the program and where the various Jr. Greyhound teams will play in 2016-2017.
The session will be followed by a question period where parents in attendance can feel free to ask any questions with regards to the Jr. Greyhound program.
