Pee wee minor scoring champ
Not only did the Soo Greyhounds finish atop the regular-season standings of the Northern Ontario AAA Hockey League’s pee wee minor division with a dominant record of 19-0-1 but they featured the top scorer in the loop.
Tyson Doucette of the Greyhounds led the pee wee minor division of the NOHL in scoring with 22 goals, 18 assists, 40 points in 20 games.
As a team, the Soo pee wee minors now await the winner of the North Bay Trappers-Nickel City Sons series before beginning their pursuit of the NOHL playoff crown.
