Pee Wee Extravaganza champs
More than 90 teams in 18 divisions from towns all over the north region took part in the recent Soo Pee Wee Hockey League’s annual Extravaganza Tournament.
One of the out of town teams that emerged as champions were the Copper Cliff Reds of the Under 9 Tier 1 Division. Copper Cliff edged Co-Operators/Jeff Viotto of Sault Ste. Marie in their title game. Copper Cliff finished the tournament with a record of 5-1.
