Thunderbirds major midget tryouts
Head coach Jim Capy has advised HockeyNewsNorth.com that tryouts for the Soo Thunderbirds of the Great North Midget Hockey League will be held on Monday, August 18 from 4-6 p.m., Tuesday, August 19 from 5-7 p.m. and Wednesday, August 20 from 5-7 p.m. at John Rhodes Community Centre.
Cost for any new players who were not involved with the Thunderbirds summer ice program will be $15 per session.
The tryouts are open to all midget-aged players, stressed Capy.

Of note, the Sault Major Hockey Association will be operating both the Soo Thunderbirds major midget and the Soo Thunder minor midget teams in 2014-2015.

Is Capy the only coach of this team ? Or is Jim Yardanoff behind the bench as well? I have heard little to none about the actions of this team during the off season.
