Batchewana Attack improves to 5-0

Batchewana Attack remains undefeated in the early going of the 2014-2015 Canadian International Hockey League season.

Sunday afternoon in St. Charles, the Attack completed a weekend sweep of the Spirit with a 6-2 win over the home side.

The Attack began the weekend with a 3-0 home-ice blanking of the Spirit on Saturday night.

Sunday in St. Charles, Rob Delury paced the Batchewana offense with a pair of goals while single tallies were potted by Drake Pilon, Darian Pilon, Jacob Palmerio and Chris Skinner.

Scott Marshall — formerly of the Blind River Beavers of the Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League — and Alex Hester replied for St. Charles.

With a record of 5-0, Batchewana is back in action this Friday when it travels to Espanola to face the Rivermen, who have won three straight games.

St. Charles returns to the ice this weekend for a pair of games versus the Sudbury Royals.

  1. The Attack are definately the cream of the crop in the CIHL should be a good game friday in Espanola for Pink in the Rink.

  2. It was a very good game in Espanola, back an forth, the Attack just had a little bit more in the third period and took the 3-2 win. This is going to be a good matchup all year…
