Soo Jr. Greyhounds are now perfect through seven games of the Great North Under 18 Hockey League season. Playing at home this weekend, the Jr. Greyhounds blanked the Timmins Majors by 2-0 and 6-0 scores to improve to 7-0-0 on the season.

The Jr. Greyhounds have outscored their opponents by a whopping 43-6 through the seven successive victories. And head coach Jamie Henderson is liking the even contributions from his team.

“If you look at our statistics it’s been a real balanced attack thus far. From our netminders, to our back end and up front, these guys are buying in and working hard at practice during the week which is resulting in some weekend success so far,” Henderson told Hockey News North.
