Laker is top WCHA rookie
Forward Alex Globke of the Lake Superior State Lakers has been named Western Collegiate Hockey Association rookie-of-the-year.
Playing in 36 Laker games this 2013-2014 season, the 6-foot-3, 205 pound Globke had 12 goals, 19 assists, 31 points.
