No less than four goalies who were picked at the 2022 Ontario Hockey League priority selections draft are developing and playing well for teams in the Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League thus far this season.

The 2006 birth year net minders are Landon Miller of the Soo Thunderbirds, Andrew Gaulton of the Espanola Paper Kings, Jacob Brown of the Timmins Rock and Charlie Burns of the Blind River Beavers.

• Miller, who was taken by the Soo Greyhounds in the second round of this year’s OHL draft, has a 5-0-1 record with a 1.93 goals against average and .939 save percentage for the Thunderbirds.

• Gaulton, who went to the Sudbury Wolves in the second round, right after the Greyhounds took Miller, has a 4-3-1 record with a 3.33 goals against average and .907 percentage for Espanola.

• Brown, who was taken by the Flint Firebirds in the fourth round, has a 3-1-2 record with a 2.14 goals against average and .911 save percentage for Timmins.

• Burns, who was selected by the Niagara Ice Dogs in the ninth round, has a 4-2-2 record with a 1.97 goals against average and .932 save percentage for Blind River.
