Cochrane Crunch of the Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League has added well-traveled, 1996 birth-year forward Braeden Cross, HockeyNewsNorth.com has confirmed.

A four-year junior hockey veteran, Cross most recently played for the Victoria Grizzlies of the British Columbia Jr. Hockey League.

Cochrane coach-general manager Ryan Leonard described Cross as “very quick with a good set of hands and not scared to go in the corners and get the puck. He has put up points wherever he has played. We are very excited that Braeden has agreed to come to Cochrane.”

Cross heads to Cochrane from Victoria in a cash exchange.
