Express route to Hearst

New Liskeard product Adam Shillinglaw has had his Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League playing rights transferred, Hockey News North has confirmed.

Shillinglaw, a 6-foot-2, 170 pound defenseman with a 2004 birth date, has been traded by the Espanola Express to the Hearst Lumberjacks in a cash exchange. As an NOJHL rookie in 2021-2022, Shillinglaw netted four goals, 13 assists, 17 points in 41 regular season games for Espanola.

Prior to playing in the NOJHL, Shillinglaw suited up for the New Liskeard Cubs of the Great North Under 18 Hockey League.
