Four-player NOJHL trade
Espanola Express and Sudbury Cubs have pulled the string on a Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League trade that involves four skaters.
Headed to Sudbury are 2001 birth year forward Josh Boucher and 2002 birth year defensemen Nicholas Toffoli. Going 35 miles down the road to Espanola are 2001 birth year forward Pineshish Whiteduck and 2004 birth year forward Atley Gringorten.
Boucher had four goals, 11 assists, 15 points for the Express while Toffoli had one goal, eight assists, nine points in an Espanola uniform.
Meanwhile, Whiteduck had three goals, 10 assists, 13 points for Sudbury while Gringorten posted 3-2-5 totals as a Cubs rookie.
