New bunch for Crunch
Tom Nickolau has made several staff additions ahead of his second full season as president and head coach of the Cochrane Crunch of the Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League.
Richard Solomon, who has a life-long association with the game as a player, minor hockey coach and official in Cochrane, has joined the Crunch as an assistant coach under Nickolau.
Also new to the Crunch are equipment custodian Andrew Girard and billet coordinator Lorna Moore.
“I believe having some movement in the back end of the organization brings some excitement and value to the team growth,” Nickolau relayed to Hockey News North.
