NOJHL gives thanks to scouts
The Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League has put its hand in its pocket to try to ensure that its showcase tournament is well-attended by scouts and recruiters.
Scouts and recruiters who attend the two-day event — it is being held on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week at the Gerry McCrory Countryside Sports Complex in Sudbury — will have their hotel rooms covered by the NOJHL.
All 12 NOJHL teams will face off in the two-day tournament. And all 12 teams will play two games apiece and all matches will count towards the NOJHL’s regular-season standings.
