Power play proficiency

Four of the 12 teams in the Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League have power plays that are clicking at a better than 20 per cent success rate.

Hearst Lumberjacks lead the way with a power play goal percentage of 27.8. Up next are the Timmins Rock at 26.3 per cent, the Soo Thunderbirds at 25.3 and the Soo Eagles at 22.3

Robbie Rutledge of Hearst has been a power play producer of prolific sorts with a league leading 13 goals while the Lumberjacks have the man advantage. Soo Thunderbirds defenseman Andrew Gibson is next with nine.
