Rayside Balfour Canadians are no more.
Owner Mark Burgess and his right hand man, managing director Blaine Smith, have opted to rebrand the Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League team.
The name change to the Greater Sudbury Cubs follows the franchise’s move from Chelmsford Arena to the more spacious, fan friendly Countryside Arena in Sudbury where the NOJHL team will play its home games effective the upcoming season.
