T-Birds acquire Chitaroni
Defenseman Mason Chitaroni is back in the Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League via the Ontario Jr. Hockey League.
A 2004 birth year defender, Chitaroni has joined the Soo Thunderbirds of the NOJHL from the Cobourg Cougars of the OJHL. He had been acquired by Cobourg from the NOJHL’s Blind River Beavers in an off season transaction.
Chitaroni was a fifth round pick by the London Knights at the 2020 Ontario Hockey League priority selections draft.
