T-Birds sign local goalie
Cam Boville is poised to spend the ’25-26 hockey season at home in Sault Ste. Marie. The journeyman goalie has signed with the Soo Thunderbirds of the Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League, Hockey News North has confirmed.
Boville, who has an October 27, 2006 birth date, has spent the past four seasons playing away from home. His out of town hockey journey has taken him from AAA rep level minor hockey in Peterborough and Clarington to the Elliot Lake Vikings of the NOJHL and the Chicago Cougars of the United States Premier Hockey League.
The 6 foot 2, 195 pound Boville is known for having a high compete level.
