University of Wisconsin-Stout Blue Devils have recruited three graduated stars from the Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League for the upcoming season.

They are former Blind River Beavers forward standouts Caleb Serre and Noah Minns and graduated Timmins Rock goalie stalwart Tyler Masternak.

Serre skated away with the NOJHL scoring title in the 2019-2021 campaign, racking up 47 goals, 66 assists, 113 points while making the first all-star team and being named the league’s most valuable player.

As for Minns, he averaged more than a point per game over parts of three NOJHL seasons.

Over to Masternak, he left the NOJHL after four seasons with a league record 18 career shutouts.

UW-Stout is a Division 3, National Collegiate Athletic Association school.
