Vis to the Voodoos
Powassan Voodoos have bolstered their blue line by way of a Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League cash exchange with the Elliot Lake Vikings.
The Voodoos have added hulking defencemen Braeden Vis from the Vikings. The 2006 birth year defender had one goal, six assists, seven points in 11 games with Elliot Lake this season.
Hailing from the Greater Sudbury town of Hammer, Vis attended the Ontario Hockey League training camp of the Kitchener Rangers prior to the start of this season.
