Centre Anthony Salinitri, who the Greyhounds selected in the first round (17th overall) at the 2014 Ontario Hockey League draft, has committed to playing in the Soo for the upcoming season.
“We are excited to welcome Salinitri to the program and look forward to working with Anthony as he continues to pursue his goals,” said Greyhounds coach Sheldon Keefe via press release.
The Hounds will hold their main training camp for four days starting on August 26 and Salinitri, who hails from Windsor, Ont., will be among more than 40 players in attendance.
