Another day, another trade.

Soo Greyhounds have acquired high-scoring, 1995 birth-year defenceman Anthony DeAngelo from the Sarnia Sting.

DeAngelo — a first-round National Hockey League draft pick of the Tampa Bay Lightning — had 10 goals, 28 assists, 38 points in 29 games with Sarnia this season.

In return, the Hounds gave up 1998 birth-year forward Anthony Salinitri, second-round picks in 2015 and 2017 and a fourth-round pick in 2018. Salinitri was the Hounds first-round pick in 2014.

The acquisition of DeAngelo marks the Hounds third Ontario Hockey League trade in as many days.

Earlier, the Hounds added 1995 birth-year forward Justin Bailey from the Kitchener Rangers before getting 1995 birth-year forward Nick Ritchie and 1994 birth-year defenceman Connor Boland from the Peterborough Petes.
