Overage centre David Miller is returning to the Soo Greyhounds after being acquired off Ontario Hockey League waivers from the Kitchener Rangers.

Miller was originally selected by the Greyhounds in the sixth round of the 2012 OHL draft.

He was traded by the Greyhounds to the Rangers during the 2014-2015 season in a deal that brought forward Justin Bailey to the Soo.

Over three full OHL seasons, the 5-foot-8, 185-pound Miller has 53 goals, 64 assists, 117 points in 190 games.

With the acquisition of Miller, the Hounds now have three overage players — forward Bobby MacIntyre and defenceman Medric Mercier are the others.
