The Ontario Hockey League playoffs have turned into a breeze.

After a first round in which three of the eight series went to a seventh-and-deciding game, rounds two and three have been dominated by sweeps.

In fact, five of the six playoff series in rounds two and three have been sweeps.

The only losing team from rounds two and three to win a game was the Soo Greyhounds, who won one.

Other than that, in round two, the London Knights, Niagara IceDogs and Barrie Colts all won their respective series in four straight games. And in round three, London and Niagara both swept their respective conference final series.

As they get ready to play for the OHL championship, both London and Niagara are unbeaten since the first round of the playoffs when the Knights defeated the Owen Sound Attack in six games and the IceDogs ousted the Ottawa 67’s in five.

Thus far in the playoffs, London has a record of 12-2 and Niagara, which has won 10 straight games, has a 12-1 mark.
