Dryden Ice Dogs and Thunder Bay North Stars share the lead with 12 points apiece from identical records of 6-2-0.
Up next are the Fort Frances Lakers with 11 points from a record of 5-1-1 followed by the Kam River Fighting Walleye with 10 points via record of 5-3-0 and the reigning champion Sioux Lookout Bombers who have a 4-3-1 record, good for nine points.
Then it is the Red Lake Miners with six points from a record of 3-4-0, the Kenora Islanders with three points from a record of 1-6-1 and the Ironwood Lumberjacks, who have a single point from a record of 0-7-1.
Walleye and North Stars play a home and home series this weekend.
Should be very interesting.
