Who let the Dogs out?

Dryden Ice Dogs are on a run. The barking Dogs from Dryden have won six straight games since beginning the 2022-2023 Superior International Jr. Hockey League season with three losses.

Dryden will be out to try to extend its victory lap with upcoming Friday and Saturday night home games against the last place Fort Frances Lakers.

Goalie Eric Clark has been one of just several key components for the 6-3-0 Ice Dogs thus far this season. The 20-year old Clark has a 5-1-0 record with a 2.47 goals against average and .924 save percentage.

Seasoned forward Bryce Benfield leads the Ice Dogs scoring sled with three goals, nine assists, 12 points. Meanwhile, forward Landon Stromme, formerly of the Humboldt Broncos of the Saskatchewan Jr. Hockey League, has a team-leading seven goals for Dryden.
